Sports Fitness Fusion is a high energy, fitness-derived core exercise routine, combined with mind/body exercise.  Fitness Fusion is based on individual ability and preference.  One example of a Fitness Fusion Workout, is a Yoga stretch sequence after your sports fitness workout, or a Yoga pose using dumbbells, or balance equipment.
