Prenatal Yoga keeps you calm while preparing you for labor and birth  Regular practice helps to relieve common complaints associated with pregnancy, such as low backache, and sciatica. This program is modified for all trimesters, and individual needs.  


PRENATAL YOGA-PILATES FUSION

Prenatal Pilates-Yoga Fusion gives you the best of both worlds, in a modified Pilates sequence according to trimester, and individual needs.

PRENATAL PILATES REFORMER

Prenatal Pilates Reformer is suitable for women who have experience on the Reformer.  The sessions begin with a warm up that includes gentle stretching, breathing, and spinal movement. Essential exercises strengthen the pelvic floor, the TA (Transversus Abdominis), hip, arm and leg work.


POSTNATAL PILATES MAT

Postnatal Pilates offers new moms a classical Pilates mind/body approach to getting back into shape after having their baby.  Tone the abs, back, glutes, and hips, look and feel great.


POSTNATAL CORE CONDITIONING

Postnatal Core Conditioning is a toning exercise program to get you back shape after birthing your baby.  Strengthening the abs, hips, glutes, is the main focus, arms and legs get a workout as well.  Every workout is unique for each client, depending on personal goals and ability.
