EQUESTRIAN CORE WORKOUT

The Equestrian Core Workout is a challenging  fitness-derived exercise, routine,  that uses body weight, along with strength and balance equipment, to get your core muscles up and running. Improve flexibility, spinal alignment, preven low backache, and get very strong. Routines are based on ability, and modified for each individual, making the Equestrian Core Workout suitable for all levels.


PILATES MAT BASIC

The Pilates Mat Basic introduces beginners to the classical Pilates approach to strengthening the core.  Learn Pilates principles, while performing the basic exercises as taught by Joseph Pilates.


PILATES MAT INTERMEDIATE

Pilates Mat Intermediate is suitable for those who already have experience and understand the basic principles of the Pilates method, as well as neutral spine.  Intermediate Pilates Mat is also suitable for  advanced beginners, who are ready to move up to the next level.


PILATES MAT ADVANCED

Pilates Mat Advanced is a faster paced routine featuring more challenging exercises and equipment.  Anyone signing up for this level should understand neutral spine, and be able to perform exercises using Pilates principles.


EQUESTRIAN PILATES REFORMER

The Equestrian Pilates Reformer provides increased challenge
to your Pilates exercise routine. Emphasis is on precision
to further develop pelvic alignment, flexibility, core strength, and healthy posture. Generally, the exercises performed on the reformer are more challenging than the mat.


EQUESTRIAN PILATES ARC

The Equestrian Pilates Arc packs quite a punch for its small size.  Get on it to strengthen your back, hips, lats, abs, and backside.  This little arc provides a terrific stretch for your abdominals.  Pilates Arc and Reformer are offered together.


EQUESTRIAN YOGA

Equestrian Yoga is an individualized training program based on ability and preference.   The style is unhurried.  Poses are held, to help you feel balanced,

focused and calm, while learning how to breathe and relax.  Riding is a demanding sport.  Yoga gives physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits.  Regular practice yields, flexibility, strength, compassion, surrender, willingness to let go, and higher self-discovery. Training sessions are unique to each client, and suitable for all levels.
