50 Plus Pilates Mat includes all the classical exercises taught by Joseph Pilates. This training is designed for older adults who may need to modify their exercise routine. All exercises are performed on the mat, as well as standing. Modification equipment, such as wedges, are provided.
50 PLUS PILATES REFORMER
50 Plus Pilates Reformer provides modified reformer exercises for the mature body. Working on the reformer activates the core, while strengthening and stretching important muscles.
50 PLUS CORE TAI CHI
50 Plus Core Tai Chi Yang style is an alternative for older adults who prefer a softer exercise regimen.
Yang Style is a known as a “high form”, since extreme knee bending isn’t required. It is perfect for anyone who prefers the aesthetics of a high form, or someone who has difficulty bending their knee.
