Be The Difference Between Day And Night

You overheard someone say, “She’s changed so much, it’s like day and night.”  Now you know it’s true. Adopting a healthy lifestyle transformed your low energy to high, your weakness to strength.  Your friends say you hae sparkle, spunk, punch, and zing.

Weight loss gave you energy. You don’t have to cart around extra fat that gets in your way, and  slows you down.

Strengthening your abs and back improved your posture. Now your clothes fit better, and you like the person you see in the mirror.

Since you started a cardio routine, you’re not tired anymore, you don’t yawn all the time, and you don’t get exhausted walking up a flight of stairs.

Total body toning reshaped your figure.  Learning how to lift dumbbells, wasn’t so bad afterall.

You’re smiling more because you feel better, and get compliments on your new, look.

A new wardrobe is your reward for changing your appearance, and the way you feel.
